4. Authorization for Recurring Charges
By providing your credit card or bank account information, you authorize Holler LLC to charge that payment method for the agreed-upon services on a recurring monthly basis. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your services according to the cancellation policy outlined below. Providing your payment information is considered a legal signature and serves as your consent to these recurring charges.
5. No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all monthly payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services Holler LLC provides, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, SEO, CRM integration, paid advertising campaigns, and any related work. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time, with at least one (1) business day's notice prior to the renewal date of your monthly billing cycle. If cancellation notice is not received within this timeframe, services will automatically renew for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.

Program name: Holler Alerts. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Holler regarding account updates, service notifications, lead alerts, marketing tips, promotional offers, and scheduling reminders.
Opt-out instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. Upon receiving your STOP message, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining instructions
To rejoin the messaging program, opt in again via our website or any signup method originally used. We will then resume sending SMS messages to you.
